Haha thats insane. Whats more insane and unfortunately sad is that you managed to fill 25 or so pages of that PDF with legit complaints that I'm finding very hard to argue against. These aren't just fanboy rants like you find on here...

Forcing players to visit every aspect of the game is not a good way to look at fixing this.

Remember that was part of the reason we got surplus. So players have a reason to try other classes that may or may not want to play.

So lets say you really had a taste in women... BUT GOD rolls along and says.... "You had your fill of women for now... it's time to get filled by men."

Thought I should add, the elemental wheel information seems fair enough, but it's not been consistent in previous Final Fantasies at all despite the fact you say it's been the same for some 20 years. For example, FFX had a totally wacky elemental structure of Ice <-> Fire, Thunder <-> Water, Light <-> Dark (I think?) so it does change fairly regularly.
That said, FFXIV's is SO much more complicated than it needs to be.
