Gil taken/gone - 130,000 only, Hacked or SE took?

I logged in today to find my character in a different location than i logged out, With 0 gil. I've of course changed passwords etc., I presume I've been hacked , Do SE do anything about this (i.e. recover stolen gil) or just do nothing like they did in XI?

They haven't done anything because they haven't created a rollback system even tho our character data saves are still there to rollback to once they get around to creating a rollback system,

Just a curious question....do you use a security token? I would never play this game on a PC without one.
