If you can I would do a credit card charge back and get your money back for this game.

Don't bother. That's fraud. Either you return and refund the game in the initial 30 days, or you just write it off and walk away from it. Not to mention those of us who bought in in 2010 and didn't return/refund it then.
Credit Card chargebacks are only for two very specific reasons, and you are absolutely shooting yourself in the foot if you do it outside of those reasons.
a) Where something was incorrectly charged (eg Ordering fast food and getting charged 100$ instead of 10.00$, failing to notice till you got home) I've had this personally happen and it took 3 months to clear up, and I cleared it up by talking to the manager of the store AND by emailing their customer support.
b) Where you were charged for something you didn't buy, as in your card number was stolen or was double-swiped.
Charging back for something you did buy is fraud, and what will happen is SE will just go "here's the receipt" and the CC company will then deny the chargeback. Then the credit card vendor will tell you to take it to small claims court/arbitration.

andIf you reject this User Agreement, then you will not be authorized to play the Game. In that case, you may either return the Game to the place of purchase subject to that retailer's guidelines, or you may contact Square Enix to request a full discretionary refund (which will not include shipping and handling) if all of the following conditions are met:
(1) You are unable to obtain a refund or exchange from the place of purchase; and
(2) You request the refund within thirty (30) days of purchase; and
(3) You have not already accepted this User Agreement; and
(4) You have not already entered the Registration Code accompanying your copy of the Game; and
(5) You purchased your copy of the Licensed Software in, and are currently located in, the United States or Canada.
I'm sure you'll really enjoy the costs associated with that.10. DISPUTES
10.1 Agreement to Arbitrate. Certain portions of this Section 10 are deemed to be a "written agreement to arbitrate" pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act. You and Square Enix agree that we both intend this Section 10 to satisfy the "writing" requirement of the Federal Arbitration Act.
You do realize that most ToS are thrown out in court right?
You know what's fraud? Telling people they have 30 days to play and then suspending them with no proof of the player themselves violations their so called 'ToS' and then refusing to credit the accounts the 30 days of lost play time. Now THAT, my friend, is fraud.

You do realize that it costs more to engage in any kind of legal battle, be it with SE for breaking the ToS or trying to defraud them, your credit card company for instigating fraudulent charges against SE, or fees incurred throughout the process than the game, and associated subscription costs for like the entire time you will play it is right? You do realize that most ToS are thrown out in court right?

People buy games, they hate them, and either return them or sell them to gamestop for 5 cents on the dollar. You're not entitled to anything from SE any more than you are entitled to anything from your ISP, Wireless carrier, television provider, or even your landlord or bank/mortgage holder. Once you take steps to defraud someone that redflags your entire credit history, and you are royally up the creek without a paddle for the next decade the next time you try to borrow money for anything.
It's not worth destroying your credit history over a video game. If you hate it, walk away from it and quit giving them money. I tell people this on Freemium games all the time, and no, they still buy stuff and turn around and whine and scream about how poorly the company is run.
It's pointless to expect anything of the tech forums (go look at the "resolved" issues forum, the moderators are just closing everything that isn't being bumped.) For all intents the Tech forums is the real General Discussion forum because nobody who posts here can post there.
It's called class action lawsuit. Besides, I was going to support FF14 ARR and bought the PC collector's and everything. Then the crap CS happened so I sold it for 3Xs of what I got it for and I didn't pay a single dime on the subscription. Needless to say I won't be subbing this game.
And get off your high horse, SE is promising a SERVICE and they're doing horribly at it and as a business the customers ARE ENTITLED to said service since we paid MONEY. It's common sense really.
