who care about NPC's story stuff? everyone can create their own adventure with real players

Fanfiction makes no sense. This lore is made by the creators, not the fans. Obviously, this is just fiction, which....oh my gosh...this is an mmorpg! A final FANTASY even.... Really? Are you going to keep at this?

Some people just don't like to read books? well as much I admit I don't like reading, FF related stories are like the only things I do read lol. Because of their immerse storytelling =)

Except it's not fanfiction when the damn company that is making the game is releasing these story bits.

Fanfiction is more like those character stories by players, or the Red Mage unlock/AF quests I've been drafting in my free time. The stuff seen on the Lodestone is as official as you can get. It's lore and it matters too, you know.
