Several pieces of your gear have no mind stat at all. The determination gives such a minimal boost to your heals that it's not even worth equipping unless all possible venues for boosting mind are completely maxed out. Think of it this way: 9 determination = 1 mind. It would be quite easy to boost your mind by over 10 points just by swapping out those jewelry pieces. This would make you a significantly more effective healer.

There was a quote but it turned out to be too long...

I would say "Go level a Scholar!" but you've already progressed so far as a White Mage it would be a shame to give up (Definitely level a Scholar though because they are awesome!). Also think of the poor NPC's they'll be expecting this awesome White Mage (you) to show up to help them and then "What?! you're a Scholar now?" <-- I digress.

Keeping Regen ticking on the Tank and anyone who takes damage is a really good way to get some breathing room as you can relax and reassess the group and see how everyone is doing for 3 seconds or so while you wait for GBC.

Also if everyone is topped up on HP don't be afraid to re-apply Stoneskin on the tank + others if you have time! 18% of max tank HP is 1-2 attacks you don't need to heal

I think it's sweet that you care so much ^.^

Now go be the best White Mage you can be, if that fails go play a Bard like everyone else x

I have to strongly disagree with this advice about regen. Putting regen on the entire party will pull to much aggro since it causes you to pull hate every tick. Multiply this by 4 and you will die very fast. I even avoid using it if the tank is trying to hold more than 3 mobs or having a difficult time in general.

Not the greatest of options, but if you have a summoner in your FC, run the instance with them. Should things go bad, they can toss out a few Physics to keep people up till your lag spike subsides and you can get back on it. In addition, they get a raise so should you die mid fight, they can get you back up. Lastly, don't be afraid to use the limit break to save the group. If you come back from a lag spike and several people are low on health, it is an easy way to bring everyone back.

None of these will save you in later harder fights, but it should be enough to get you through.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.All of you for your replies ^^ after changing some things around, working together with some very, VERY awesome people, I finally got through. After reading all of your comments and trying some new stuff, it was as if there was no problem at all. I didn't get to try out using some things like the ARN and THM skills but I'm definitely gonna work towards getting them :3 But thank you all again, I honestly didn't think i would get the replies that I received and I'm quite thankful for the support ^^

Well you can tell how much aggro you have in the Mob Bar so Shroud of Saints is just 1 click away. That was mainly a tip for the boss as the tanks I'll say 'rarely' lose aggro if they're paying attention. Not saying everyone should do it was only my 2cents

& Gratz on finally beating it!
