Monks in this game are nowhere near the underpowered mess that they were in diablo 3, so I'm not sure where you got that from except for they share the name of "monk", which is stupid. The games aren't even in the same genre, why make that point?

Monks lack a bit in the utility department, but they are nowhere near the levels of needing to be "carried" so stop spouting that nonsense.
