Dear Devs, you wanna perfect healing spell balance? Easy!

Swiftcast is really good for Raise/Ressurection, that take very long to activate and sometimes you do need it quickly, but I don't think it's wise to spam healing spells because you pull hate to yourself and that would only get worse with Swiftcast having no GCD.

And maybe I didn't understand well, but isn't ATB much like the GCD? I mean, I've played many games with ATB and they were like a bar telling how much time your character have to wait to take next action.

And like someone else said, enemies also have GCD and casting time.

And yeah, anyone's 'white paladin' mentality does not solve anything and is not any helpful ...

By the way, just for the notice, yet again:

GlobalCoolDown and MP costs are just fine. Only thing that is a real issue, is Cast(ing) Time;
any (Disciples of War) are mainly not bitching aroud that 'cause they rarely use those spells for healing and
they basically on another kind of duty ...

Well, any of the high-end Dungeons and Primals right now are just waste of time and not even worth it :/.

This is a game, I'm supposed to be having fun and feel rewarded for my actions.

So: Please. No. Casting. Time. For. Heals.
(casting time for damage spells looks like to be reasonable and totally OK :/)

Pick a fight with any Elemental Sprite in the world. Their cast times are very quick, but they're definitely there and can be interrupted with a well-timed Fluid Aura or Repose.

Other examples is Ifrit with Eruption and Hellfire, Garuda with Aerial Blast, Titan with Earthen Fury, Landslide and Weight of the Land, (Dhorme) Chimera with Voice of the Ram, Voice of the Dragon, The Ram's Keeper, The Ram's Breath, The Dragon's Breath and The Scorpion's Sting. Treants with Canopy and Arboreal Storm, Golden Fleece with Aero, Cure and Stoneskin...

Really, you must've done some damn fishy levelling or hidden your cast bars to never notice cast timers on enemies.
