    Lol "People don't kick out of spite" of course they do. Either on the side of "Skip cutscenes or leave" types or the "I can't take it that this person is getting mad at the party for getting things wrong" care bear types. Do you really think people always get kicked for good reasons? I'd say in MMO's like 60% of kicks are for something dumb.

    If the party wipes on a boss, it is NOBODY'S PLACE to start screaming insults and being "mad". Explain why they wiped, gently, nicely, and professionally, then try again. If someone devolves into insults or "being mad" such that it becomes toxic, then it is not "care bear" behavior to say that they should be kicked out so that a new, non-toxic individual can be drafted in as a replacement.

    I'm sorry, but I have no interest in grouping with people who take their anger out on others for failing.
