Please at least make it an option to display your name during PvP. I want people to know if I kill them, and don't mind them knowing they've killed me. Maybe you're right, some would be easily offended by the ensuing griefing; but sorry, this isn't Wizard101 or Toontown. Most of us are grown-ups here.

This, if it has to be done this way, give us a choice whether we want to display our own name, if we're willing to risk being "harrassed" that should be our choice to make.

Yet how much do you want to bet so much abuse and swearing and general vileness is going to be thrown around in pvp by the grown-ups. Not saying i agree with it pretty much indifferent about the whole thing really never cared about who i was facing i just always saw em as some random mook who was about to die.

The thing is, I don't care. I'm more than capable of handling whatever form of harassment some idiot in a video game could manage. I'm certain that the majority of players who are interested in PvP feel the same way; it's a COMPETITION--PLAYER VERSUS PLAYER. It's not SUPPOSED to be anonymous; if I'm fighting identity-free people, what's the difference between well-designed PvE and PvP?
