Is there a way to have <mo> macros work only for party frames? I've been burned several times now because I have the Tank targeted but the mouse is hovering over a different player in the world (casting heal on them instead of the tank). I love being able to use <mo> for party frames, but hate it for in-world hovering.

Thank you! I will copy this macro into the game now.

Change the order of your macro to do /ac "Cure" <t> (and possibly even <tt>) before /ac "Cure" <mo>
If you don't have a target, the macro will fall through and run the <mo> case instead. But otherwise, no, there is no way to filter macros to only apply to party members.

When I execute it, I get no error message, but the targeting carat doesn't appear over the mob's head, and the emote just says "Lyra targeting " with no name. What am I doing wrong, here?

(Oh, and before anyone suggests it, /target <Bind1>, /target <Bind 1>, and /target <bind1> all give me error messages).
try /enemyicon bind1 <t> (if you wanna make multiples it goes up to 3) there is also ignore1 & ignore2 as well

    My macro reads as
    /micon "repose"
    /enemyicon bind1 <t>
    /p (casting spell) (repose) >>>> <t>
    /ac "repose" <t>

swiftcast rez macros are really nice when it comes for coil or titan. Mine is specific is a <mo> one since you cant really de-select the tank in coil.

    /ac "swiftcast" <me>
    /ac "resurrection" <mo>
    /wait 1.5
    /ac "resurrection" <mo>

How i have all my healing macros set is goes as follows
    /ac "ability" <f>
    /ac "ability" <mo>
    /ac "ability" <me>

I do it this way so that if you have a tank as your focus target you never have to target them to heal them just hit the spell. The <mo> i use i keep my mouse over the party names so i just mouse over them quickly and cast without targeting again. The <me> part is for when i am just messing around by myself. These macro saves you 1-2 seconds so you have not having to target then cast.

If you have a focus target, this will only ever heal the focus target and the mo and me part will never cast.

It would be preferred to give the mo target priority:
    /ac "ability" <mo>
    /ac "ability" <f>
    /ac "ability" <me>

This way you can still use the mouseover ability when you have a focus target. And while your cursor is in lala-land it will still heal your focus target.

Perhaps you should consider removing the wait command from this macro. You can tap it twice and that will be sufficient time for the swiftcast animation to complete. It only takes a few tenths of a second for that animation to be over and for the res to go off. Not 1.5 seconds.

Don't know if there's been a debuff one on here as there are 18 pages to go through lol.. But here is what I use:

    /macroicon "Virus"
    /ac Bio <t>
    /ac Bio <tt>
    /wait 1
    /ac Virus <t>
    /ac Virus <tt>
    /wait 2
    /ac Miasma <t>
    /ac Miasma <tt>
    /wait 3
    /ac "Bio II" <t>
    /ac "Bio II" <tt>

Using this is means I can Debuff the main enemy while still having the tank selected and if I am targetting an enemy it will ignore the tt and just use t. Please note though I didn't realise you could use .5 in /wait as I have seen on here, so the /wait after Virus could possibly be 1.5 (You can also interrupt the macro at any time by walking or pressing heal if your party takes unexpected damage)

    and for quick MP regain

    /macroicon "Energy Drain"
    /ac "Energy Drain" <t>
    /ac "Energy Drain" <tt>
