    I think the problem is that it counts posts made -everywhere- else. So if you post 3 times in the Tech or Bug forum, it doesn't let you post anywhere else for 24 hours, beliving that you already used up the quota.

    I think, at most I've been able to post about 3 times over the entire month in a forum other than Tech or Bugs. It's completely broken.

    I started by trying to make a post there so that cant be valid. Maybe its just that the update of my char's level data that is lagging a bit.
