I wanted to make sure it will work with my current Motherboard as I do not have the funds to upgrade that yet:

Thanks for all the advice guys; It's awesome how pro you all are!
    that SSD looks good.
sadly your motherboard doesn't support SATA III and it would run at half speed. if you don't care you can buy it and use it until you can upgrade your motherboard. it will still run better than your current HDD

anyway it will be a nice upgrade for your pc, but overall you won't notice big performance gain until you upgrade your CPU. the loading times like on zone change will be a bit faster

if you wanna check better what's bottlenecking you, you can run an application already installed in windows 7 called "resource monitor". it will tell you how much your pc is using of each resource (ram, cpu, disk) and you can filter it by application.

another app is process explorer by microsoft downloadable at http://technet.microsoft.com/it-it/s.../bb896653.aspx. it can tell you also the GPU usage.

Zohno, it looks like the cpu is the culprit. It is using anywhere from 60 - 98% when running through towns. I have tried to overclock it to 4.0ghz but even with all my installed fans / water cooling cpu fan, the temp reaches over 55C and it worries me that the cpu could burnout at any second.

I think the suspicions are confirmed and sooner or later it will be time for a new mobo, HDD, RAM, and cpu.

    Thanks again!

So would a new cpu make it use much less of it's resources? Or will it just be much more efficient with the game?

As I mentioned earlier, the game will max out at the single-thread performance. So you're better off buying a faster CPU over one with more cores. If you can afford it just get the i7-4770/4770k/4771, if you're on a tight budget the i3-4340 is about half the price and half the CPU cores, but has a higher base clock (but no turbo.) I'd not get anything less.

55c Is not a dangerous temp for a CPU on full load. The danger zone for CPU's is above 70c. Some ppl don't even have it as low as 55c when not under full load. CPU temps, if truly running at 55c under load, are not the issue.
