Final Fantasy 3 DS Remake. It may not have as much story driven gameplay, heck, the original didn't have much of a story for the characters at all.
that little world swept me away and kept me happy during a very hard time in my life. the graphics were probably the best I had seen on the DS original at the time and I pretty much wanted to live in the game for a while after i beat it xD

FF4 was my first and will always hold a special place, but FF6 was probably my favorite.

1) i like making my own guys

2) a story worthy of a shakespearean stage drama.

3) very immersive with how the story is narrated.

4) i love strategy rpgs.

crystal chronicles is a very close second.
