A Mrd may parse just 5% below the total party damage on ONE mob, but you fail to take into account that skullsunder, brutal swing, full swing and storm's path are ALL AOE, so while you are doing 25% to one mob, we are doing 20+% to ALL of them.

not to hate on what your saying, im not saying i agree, but, lancer also has pretty good aoe skills, like trammel, pierce, doomspike, heavy trammel. and thats just low level. Of course some of them need lines for damage, but I think marauder could use some more powerful play mechanics or something.

You're right, when others fail, then its my duty too pick up the slack for whats not there, thus the whole reason for having cross-over abilities in the first place.

Archer on Dodore, can only hit one at time per light shot.
Marauder hits with broad swing across all mobs . Gaining additional TP per mob.

Archer can AoE with Wide Volley II.
Marauder can AoE with Skull Sunder II landing the damage over time debuff on all mobs and other AoE's like Storm's Path/Brutal Swing/Brandish.

Best stick with the Conjurer section, seeing as you don't have a Single DoW to 50, you've no reliable source to discuss.

Talk about fail. The only way to parse damage at multi-mob NMs is to parse the entire damage done to all mobs.

I don't need a marauder at 50. In fact, it looks like it just clouds judgment of the class. No surprise there that the marauder board's got way too many people subjectively doting on the job waving the flag and not enough people objectively looking at the class.

I see exactly how you fare in comparison to the other jobs, by the numbers. Don't have to play you at all. The marauders who do on the team I'm looking at are better than you two, I guarantee that.

I'm actually wearing 4 +1 silver rings for accuracy, and a +3 bhuj, +2 vintage hauby, templar's tassets, +1 iron helm and +1 iron boots. I'm twice the Mrd you can ever dream of being.
My sub jobs are leveled high enough for raging strike, ferocity, voke, taunt, featherfoot, second wind, cure/sac II, hawk eye, skill precision and invigorate. Although I am slowly ranking them up for the tier 2 skills while I'm not tanking every single NM in the game for drops for my LS members.

I could take your marauder with mine, easily. +1 rings are worthless, nice job there. I'll level into a +3 Bhuj HELLO goldsmither here, who do YOU think you're talking to? Your vintage hauby makes you gimp, since a marauder isn't a tank. It's a DD. wear a Kokoroon's Darkshell mail and conquistador's elmo and do your job.

If I want a substitute gladiator, I know where to find you though.

Like I said. My maurauder would sleep you, then take most of your life in 1 shot from behind. Then I'd choke you until you just fell down. My marauder already puts yours to shame. That's all you really are. Rank 50. I know a lot of terrible R50s.

Your MND PIE and INT are basement while you put way too much emphasis on GAHHHHH STRDEXVIT. Classic rookie meleer mistake.

y thing is it reminds me of communities of other games ( witch i wouldnt like to name ) that are way more hmm ..."low" than FF community ever was.
One of the main reason i play FF (XI and XIV) is its awesome community witch usually lacks this kind of ppl ... mb some mod would look this guy up.
