This has to be a joke.
I think we should start a class action.

Let me give you some background on petitions.
- Over 300,000 signed the petition to Activision when MW2 came out with no dedicated servers....nothing happened...
- Over 560,000 signatures currently on a petition to rockstar games for GTA V to come on pc..They aren't budging http://www.change.org/en-CA/petition...se-gta-v-on-pc
- class action lawsuits take money and lots of it. Companies have lawyers on retainer that can drag it out for a few years well after the game is fixed and done and in the end after the lawyers take their chunk you might be lucky to get 20 bucks if your even successful...which you won't be because the EULA - and yes no matter what the arm chair lawyers on the forums will tell you- protects the company in pretty much every country they release it in. + i doubt if your "class action" will even get past the discovery phase at the lawyers office since they will see the massive costs associated with launching an International lawsuit against a corporation with a shit tonne of cash in its warchest to satisfy an angry gamer.
Seriously...give your head a vigorous shake and come to your senses. I'm not saying the game is perfect ...its not and needs a lot of work. But i can say from experience gaming online for 15 years the game will be fixed. Considering the massive financial investment they have put into this single title its in their best interest to fix it..

In a thread like this, with all the complaining going on and the threatening to sue already happening, how am I supposed to take that as sarcasm without you tagging it like you just did?
Don't forget the ToS in there as well.
Oh and btw before all the "but this isn't a contract its an agreement between two parties", what exactly do you think a contract is?

you took it the right way...because they made utterly NO indication what so ever that it was a sarcastic remark what-so-ever. If they had taken a second and added a :P or something to the end of the comment then it would have been obvious. People have the impression that another person sitting at a monitor a few thousand miles away is supposed to just "get it" is one of the mysteries of the internet age.
