Why are Gil Sellers and Bots not being banned?

It's not that easy. Gold spammers use stolen account to spam (mine for example last weekend). So it's not just "ban them and problem solved", it goes far beyond that (and that's also from where they get the gil and fire/water shards).

Also, this stuff usually comes with patches. Just a cyclic thing that happens at all new mmorpgs.

I am more talkin the bots themselves. Your account stolen is fishy as well - what exactly have you done to leak your info? That kinda stuff. Don't share here, nor feel the need to defend, but 90% of "stolen" accounts are Owners Fault, in every game.


The issue is I've seen this botter go from level 1 mining to level 43 mining over the last few weeks. All this is telling me is "give up reporting, nothing gets done" it's also telling a lot of other players "go ahead and use third party bots, nothing happens"

I know this is the WRONG thing to think.. but you lead by example, not by words.
By not banning these bots - not only are the bots spamming the market with shards and god knows what else - but they are also making the Gil for the Gil Sellers to advertise, because believe it or not - most of those sites are legit to a degree, they really mean to sell you in game currency (just how they get it, and who they hurt doesn't matter to them)

It's all a big illegal scam to get players REAL MONEY and use their accounts they KEYLOG to keep their business going.
