    I agree. The thanks and cheers I get for doing something I'm meant to do (but not expected to) far outweighs any medals or exp.

    That is a nice thought, but some of us are doing FATEs to level. Sadly, the most important thing to me is getting experience, helping people comes second. I will throw out one or two heals if I see someone dying but that's about it. You will find me as a Conjurer, not a White Mage, dealing as much damage as I can in these things.

    I agree with the people who think this is a completely broken system. I'm sorry. I really think that healers should get experience in these fusterclucks for healing. It shouldn't matter if you're in a group or not. Many times I am in a group and everyone else in it is ranged dps and they don't need healing for example. It's always someone outside the group it seem.
