K I'm done reading all these repeated complain posts. You are all blowing this out of proportion. In all likeliness they have been tracking the logs of said players to see HOW they obtain this gil and who they are interacting with. If the logs are showing exploits or regular collaboration with RMTs then of course they would be banned. It's not just based on a set amount(unless that amount has been deemed impossible to obtain under given circumstances).

Get more information, then come back and complain about what you do know...not what you don't.

As an active crafter, I know people who have large amounts of gil from plying their trade who have been MIA since the 27th as well. Similarly, I know a few who are intensely wealthy but whose gil is in items, and they were not banned. The correlation is undeniable.
OH! So you know all of this do you? And you prefer player testimony to official reports? Got it. Ok, so then perhaps you should take into consideration the post earlier in this thread that someone was banned and only has 25k. That is contradictory to your information, and further implies there are more factors than gil amount alone.

You DON'T have all the facts. And your evidence is more unreliable than my reasoning. The internet is full of liars. Stick with official reports if you're going to try to start a lynch mob.
