Instead of bind, make it apply all 3 primary Dots from summoner: Bio 2, miasma and bio. Change the recast to 1min and increase MP cost to make it add up to the total cost of having to cast Bio 2, miasma and bio.

Awesome idea, though at that point I would change it to be single-target only. That way we can burst down new adds with Fester more easily, and still have Bane for those times when we need to spread to multiple targets.
