after grinding AK, you can proceed to garuda to get your iLv 70 weapon
at this point, you'll have several Darklight and AK gears, that would be sufficient for titan

Since the person said that they didn't want to skip any steps, I think they want to get Ifrit weapon first, before attempting Garuda.
