Sorry but these are excuses, decent MMOs have separate European and NA data centres because that provides better performance - less hops, less hubs to go through, less lag spikes (and smaller lag spikes) and less packet loss, that an MMO asking for a sub does not have separate data centres is a joke.

You ever hear of FFXI? That game has been running for 11 years. It has one data center for the whole planet. Game plays fine.
What you claimed are excuses are the realities of the internet.
