you can't know whether or not people got in-game money legitimately. It's not the responsibility of the seller to determine that, nor should they be punished for selling an item that by design can only be unreasonably priced. Crafters have plenty of money to play with, and so do the people that have been selling titan runs and want quick gear for their 2nd or 3rd lvl 50 battle classes. There are enough people that have earned gil through legitimate means that there is a market for the items.
