Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what is WoW mode? :/I have never had a problem with the WoW mode(64bit Windows on Windows) or BSODs. I did have some crash to desktop issues. But most of those were GPU related issues only. I have been able to recover usually. Although there have been times my gpu locks at 324mhz for gpu and mem. This is the only game I have problems with.
I guess I could repley with more boring crap, so here it goes.
WoW mode makes 32bit systems work with 64 bit systems. But there is a lot more involved, which most people get bored with the WHY. So, I guess I'll just say my findings from some research on the subject. Look up "Dirty memory" its really sloppy, hence the dirty memory title, but I didn't give it to that; that's just what I found.
I do want to blame windows....BUT, they give us the platform to build upon...is it their fault that devs don't write code to spec?...(in respect to dirty memory, is there a right way?)..well I'm at a loss after that Dirty memory explanation...I'm not a Dev so I can't answer.
Just an observer.
