Well... A right click + add Black List option doesn't really solve that either... All you can really do is frequently clear out your Black List, you'll end up adding a few of the same again but with a macro it is hardly difficult.

this only works if they send you a tell, this does not solve the yell or say issue that completely fills your text box, I support the right click black list feature.
