HQ / High LV Crafters banned for "Making too much Money" / Quality of Customer Care

I'm posting Feedback about Customer Service, as well as in-game mechanics considered as "exploits". I hope this reaches the proper attention it needs.

SE Customer Service
SE's customer service is less-than substantial/sufficient/adequate. I have been attempting to personally get my Legacy account back for 3 years, and I provided the CDKEY and information as best to my knowledge (As well as username). It turned out the e-mail / user for the account was case-sensitive, and I received a canned message saying I did not provide adequate enough information (even though the e-mail matched).

Please improve the customer service system and account recovery system. It was PURE LUCK that I remembered the password. The same thing happened with my Final Fantasy XI account that I poured a lot of energy into (Several LV75's) and could not gain access, even with CDKEY and account provided. How do you expect information to stay the same for 10 years? They wanted a debit card I used that clearly I do not have anymore. Please take a page out of Blizzard's methods of recovery. Thanks.

Making too money through game mechanics (Over 8 Digits)
Some of you that can't post may know about this issue, but in regards, accounts were shut-down and e-mails were sent out for involving RMT / Transactions, but should be considered wrongfully accused.

These players have been selling HQ Electrum gear during the first week, and HQ 2-star jewelry most recently and also report RMT/Gil Sellers alike any other player in our community.

I personally am distraught and would like to know what violations can someone get blamed for acquiring legitimate amounts of money (Well over 8 digits) using in-game mechanics and economics? How is this considered cheating?

Context quote e-mail sent to users who "violated" with legitimate means to make substantial funds through HQ / High Level Crafting.

Specifically, you have violated following Section(s) of the FINAL FANTASY XIV User Agreement.

You may not sell,purchase or exchange for real-world money or value any in-game currency,accounts, characters, in-game services, or in-game virtual items. Youmay not play the Game for the purpose of acquiring virtual items or advancement in game play on behalf of a third-party or for the purpose of selling any virtual assets to a third party for real-world money, specifically including $B!H (Bgold-farming $B!I (Band power-leveling services.

That's nice, but it still is an important issue. There is obviously an issue when people are wrongfully put in a situation they cannot control.

I would like this addressed, and someone to say something. Either side, it's seeming like there's either foul play or there really is a misunderstanding.

It's harder for mods to follow problems if everyone makes their own thread for the same issue. It also divides everyone who is suffering from the issue. I know you want your voice to be heard but ultimately you should just repost your main post in one of the more popular threads for the issue.

I'm posting about my personal experience with the customer service SE has to offer, and it has never been a good one. The method of deployment, recovery, and resolution is very poor probably due to their procedures.

Just refreshed the reddit article and it seems they got a 72 hour suspension due to a RTM investigation. It also seems that SE is getting flooded with calls about this as well. So I guess all people will have to do is wait.

I think it also have to do with people reporting players that sell a certain kind of item as being RTM. They say that anybody selling many stacks of 99 of a certain material MUST be a botter/RTM and shoudl be reported. I wonder how many innocent players are being reported by kids thinking they're RTM or just "troll".

I'd like to see the powerpoint presentation that convinced the dev team that doing this was a good and even remotely ethical idea.
