Jesus christ, how irrational people can be. Have it ever crossed your mind that "instant" only refers to the casting time? It has 0 casting time and can thus not be interrupted by either enemies or your personal movement unlike skills with casting time. It still has an animation time, but that's very different from a casting time, due to precisely the MAJOR point I wrote in previous sentence.
