I've had a WHM get upset that I was wearing "greens" on HM Garuda. I chuckled at this, because my "greens" are actually the best-crafted "greens" truly available (without buying tome mats), materia'd with stats that make them far superior for Dragoon DPS than Darklight. I wanted to say, "What? Should I be wearing my level 45/50 class set so it's color doesn't appear "green" and make you think it's bad gear?" But it really wasn't worth it. If they didn't know the quality of the best crafted gear and the stat distribution between DL and crafted, explaining it to them would have just wasted everyone's time.

I want it so I can start endgame... you know, it's part of the game I'm trying to play... exactly how slow do you want everyone to play? Are you waiting for next update when they gimp coil to EZMODE? I want to experience it on my bard before that happens thanks! And just a heads up, they aren't the best in the game. I'm not even asking much, hell, I'd be happy with ifrit's bow.

Not to sound rude but go play FFXI and try camping an NM for weeks in hopes you manage to claim the mob you might get the random drop you want from. Reason I say this is throughout the development of FFXIV people constantly complained things are too easy to get and too casual, even today people complain that its too easy to get primal weapons.

I do feel for you though, I'm lv 45 now and I havent gotten a drop from a dungeon for my WAR since Brayflox... its all friggen PLD gear and I dont like the PLD.
