Make Dhorme Chimera a Duty Finder instance

The more that takes place in the open world, the better. I would even run dungeons open world if it were possible.

These fights are not open world though. They both take place in a private instance. Besides, open world fights remove challenge from the equation by introducing zombie tactics and encouraging zerg fests. Just look at Odin. I'd prefer to have to show some personal skill for my rewards. I'd just like the opportunities to be more accessible.

The hardest thing that I consider doable on DF is Ifrit hard, once you get to stuff that is harder than that (and Dhorme Chimera is part of this), Duty Finder won't be of much help.

I actually got a great group through DF for Garuda Hard, though I'll freely admit that it was very much luck of the draw. Took us 3-4 goes, but we got he down pretty quick. In all, I think I spent less time there than I did in Garuda Easy. . .

Ok, I will admit that it is possible to get good parties from DF, but when you do, ask the players in the party to see how many of them are aleready grouped together... I did some attempts at Garuda hard using DF, we had 5 out of 8 from the same server, who were doing it together for the 10th time.

People need to get to know people from their servers. Yes you can find good parties in DF but you have a chance out of a thousand... I think it's sad to see how much people want to do everything by themselves... Get in a FC, get to know the people you run with, you will:

A) Have more fun because you know the people you run with and;

B) Won't have to reexplain everything every time you re-enter the instance after failure...

This is not a solo game. Find a free company and do it with them.
If you can't do that, how do you expect to run end game content ?

Yes please! Since this is instanced content it technically is no more open world than the primal or dungeons.

Chimaera party is not too hard to find but Hydra party has no place to gather random people so it's a LS/FC content only.

both of them should be on Duty Finder.

Revenant's Toll is usually a good place to start looking for people for lvl 50 content. I've seen quite a few Hydra shouts there.

I agree seeing as you can use DF (weather you finish or not) everything else besides hydra you should be able to DF this. It's not my first option but the FC I'm in has mostly lower level players so not enough people to help and standing around in Ceorthas trying to find people takes forever. I'd rather DF it and fail then not be able to try at all because I can't get a group.

I spend hours every day shouting for Hydra on a JP server, using both auto-translator and Google translate, both in each city-state and outside of Halatali, and I haven't ever seen a response. I've seen groups forming, sent messages, and always been told "sorry, full" if they were even polite enough to respond. This has been going on for a week now. Pleeeeease make this duty-finder!

Most likely it's because they don't want to party with a foreigner however being on a JP server I was able to easily shout for a group by shouting in both Coerthas & Mor Dhona.
The thing is though you need to shout IN Japanese not with the auto translate function. Next time try saying something like "キマイラPT募集：　＠(class that you still need in the party)" in which case tank = タンク, DPS is DPS and healer is ヒーラ. Hope this helps!
