It's regarding billing issues I'm having, since it's personal I don't bother telling you guys about this....before you go FUUUUUUUU WORST CS EXPERIENCE EVER, how about actually contacting them before jumping the gun, and how about telling us what your issue was so we can probably scold you for not going the right route through support in the first place?
I've never had a bad experience with CS. if you know how to correctly list your issue you will avoid long wait times, and if you are civil and polite with the CSRs, they will generally be able to help you.
