The implication is that you stayed at your PC for prolonged period of time and took zero bathroom breaks (hence you poop in a sock to not cause a mess). Not like getting a job to 50 takes a week at most even playing only 2-3 hours per day.

It's easy as fck and an ape can do it.
Maybe you felt that it was hard because you're a WAR and a probably a bad one on top of that, but this is extremely easy.
Lv 50 =/= end game.
