Well I hope it a free one time transfer or aleast half off for us that r stuck in servers that our friends r not in thanks for letting me know it early oct now hope it happens I'm bored playing solo.....

And I'm not sure about it being free. They said it was a paid to do feature in loadstone.
But stay tuned, maybe other 40 sites will tell you the payment system and not the MAIN site

Not really any searching involved... it was linked to right there in the Lodestone, and I think briefly in the launcher even.

The link to the stream was in the announcements about the Tokyo Game Show, and the graphic about World Service was one of the first things discussed--it showed up around 6:25, after the ~4 minutes of XIV trailers and introductions.
