When you enter a dungeon, the drops you get are of the same level as the Dungeon's minimum level requirement. For example, Green Cavalry gear is set at Level 32, which is the same as the minimum level requirement to run Brayflox's Longstop. You unlock Brayflox's Longstop at Level 32 earliest.
