There was technically a response from SE; But Indirect, There is basically an issue with throttling that seems to be occurring which is an ISP Issue, Calling up your ISP and issuing a small Complaint might help. SE is trying to work out the issues with the ISP out of care. My ISP recently fixed the issues.
Once Subscriptions kick in it should massively Improve.
It sucks but they are trying there best.
Just remember, everybody and there mom uses the internet now and days, and most of the bandwidth is getting eaten up by video streaming and p2p software, that ISP's kinda gotta get paranoid.
It isn't SE, It is the Service Providers that are doing this situation bad, They notice a giant Data Pool being forwarded to Canada (were the US/EU Servers are held) and they just assume it is Malicious and cut the packets, Not to also mention how many different Servers it runs through along the way, a single ISP somewhere along that Information Highway is Responsible for the data loss, Think Logically, It's Not SE's fault, It's not there job to provide you a Connection as well, It is also in the Service Agreement that you are responsible for all fee's for your ISP blah blah. They Aren't responsible for your Connection, but they care about there players, so at least they are trying to do something and are working on it.
Yeah, there wasn't an Official Response, But there a Japanese Company, Business is something that should be dealt with Privately and Respectively, they won't point fingers or place names, but handle it as it goes as fluid as possible.
Also; They are issuing refunds, if it is really a problem, Honestly if anything your ISP should give you a month refund, as SE still understands and Respects that, I mean hell, I bought a Physical Copy of Diablo 3, And it is one of the biggest Regrets i ever had with a game, And i tried getting a refund from the store and they refused me 4 times, Matter of fact i never even got a refund for that, nor did Blizzard event Respectfully apologize or offer a refund. They only offered Refunds for Digital Copies and bound every person who bought a physical Copy by a TOS; Told people to send the copy into Blizzard Physically (Which took 2 weeks.) and told them to do it within a 2 week period. so granted your copy even got in; in time. they would give you a refund.
This game is awesome; you all know it.
The Connection Situation just sucks, It's not there Problem nor did they agree to help everybody, but they are because they care.
That is one reason why i Love SE.
