    My friend and I just completed the The Rose and The Unicorn with no issues. I talked to the three knights first, then Francel. It's just how I found them.

    I am having the same issue.

    Time: 14:25 Central Time
    Frequency: Constant
    World name: Cactuar
    Character name: Cherry Turnover
    NPC name: Carrilaut
    Class/Level: White Mage/38
    Party or solo: Solo
    Area and coordinates: Coerthas Central Highlands (24,28)
    Steps:
    1. Attempt to interact with the NPC Carrilaut.
    2. NPC unresponsive

    NPC carries next main story quest, but I am unable to get him to respond.
