Have you played with no strangers that you liked? Ever? Most of these people are already in a fc, and shoving them all into a ls would be impossible as the number of shells a person can have is limited to 8.

Maybe inviting someone to something while they are in dungeon will lead to them leaving and screwing the party over?

Letting people know not to go another round doesn't mean asking them to ditch. And if someone is going to ditch, he will do it regardless. There is already a rep system in place.
