    Because you're still you. If you are a race car driver, and then switch to bus driver, do you lose your race car driver skills until you switch back?

    However borrowed abilitlies are sevearly gimped, try using second wind on whm at level 10.

    exactly my point. If I'm a race car driver at a professional level, and all of a sudden I'm given an extremely low-performance vehicle with no tyres that drives on one wheel, my car will not perform as well but I should retain all my skills.

    I just feel that if these cross-class abilities will be made available to all other classes, so should it be available to my main class when I'm lvl-synced. I'm not asking for Regen at lvl 15, I'm merely finding it more reasonable that I should be able to use my own skill that even a Monk could have access to if the Monk chose to have that skill brought over.
