A solution for fixing speed runners in CM and Prae that tell everyone to skip CS.

i don't dungeon finder for speed runs, i build them in mor dhona like any reasonable person.

and for the record you forcing me to wait on cut scenes is just as bad as me forcing you to skip them
even if it results in long queues giving an option to watch the story is the only fair way to separate people soloing dungeon finder and if you don't want to wait for the longer queue you have the diary in your in that will give you all the story and play all the scenes better than it does in the actual dungeon

Wow , what a lame reaction. If somebody watches a cutscene , then its your problem. Take a drink or are you going to die waiting for 2-3 min ?

Matter of choice , lol. You guys know it will only be this way for a short time ? Many people are still new and it will be less of a problem in the coming months. I have a bigger problem with people joining the duty finder and staying afk for 30 min or start moving when the run is done.

You may want to actually read my response, I dont mind people watching the CS at all, though speedrunners arent forcing anyone do anything, they can demand someone to skip, but there is nothing they can do to force someone to stop watching.
I dont think we need any new feature is needed for the duty finder either, other then a kick option for those afk'ers, then again that does give the majority to dictate the course of the group, including kicking CS watchers or speedrunners out depending who has the majority.
