    He's talking about culling priority (and you can just ignore everything after the first sentence).

    They mentioned they're working on improving culling. I imagine culling prioritization will be part of this.

    Not hard to understand really, not the best English, but his point came across to me, which is this. It's always funny fighting Odin and he keeps going away, so you can't even target him or affect him, and then people rage in shout that people didn't use limit break at the right time or "fail group". Those are the people i can't understand, if they are trolling or just plain clueless.
