You think they have insufficient people attending the forums, they likely have even less attending the phones, or they're the very same people.

    Take a look at the 6000+ threads on the NA side, and then look at the ... 8 or so threads on the Japanese side. This is really unchanged behavior from V1.0, where SE doesn't listen to feedback from the English players and then wonders why nobody wants to spend money on it.

    Unfortunately, I've also read the same about their email support and online chat support
