Are spammers getting banned?

I reported about 50 RMT spammers. Less than 10 of them show as <Deleted> in my blacklist. I wonder if the other accounts were not deleted?

Some or most are on hold...so yes in a way because a lot of people got accounts hacked so they froze the acc's.
It's actual real players acc's.

I've reported over 40 on several characters and only seen a handful of 'deleted', seems SE are pretty half-hearted about dealing with them.

Since I started playing I added about 50 and only 3 have been deleted. Most of them were added when the server was initially available for additional characters. On the average, I keep having to add 2-3 every time I go to Ul'dah every day, but everywhere else seems to either have stopped or ... probably still blacklisted.

I will not be resubscribing to another 6 months if this is not resolved by then. I am so sick and tired of seeing major cities being spammed for gil and being PM'd by gil sellers.

My account was taking over/suspended by an RMT. Didn't do go on any suspicious sites, didn't buy any gil. I just was foolish enough to think my account was safe without a security token.
Now I have some RMT character on my account that I can see from the Mog Station, and my account is suspended.
They're going to have to wade through the compromised accounts and those that were made solely by RMTs.

My blacklist is up to 88. I have about 9 (deleted)'s.

Every single one of them have been reported. I've noticed (slightly) less spammers in main cities, but now they are much more aggressive about private messaging. I had one yesterday who spammed me privately like 10 times in a row. Really annoying.
