Hahahah I am serious on my side it will not just be my account they lose this one mess up will cost them an easy $300:00 a month if they can not give me a good reason for it considering that there was only a 8hr period from my last log out to when I tried to log in again. I have seen R.M.T. spamming for weeks before they get touched so for it to be this fast they messed something up. Plus this is not the only issue I have had with this game I have had them all, all the log on issues since day one.

We haven't been banned outright, we've been suspended without notification of any kind. Normally if someone tries to log onto your account with a different IP, the account will temporarily be suspended. You then receive an email from SE stating that a 3rd party has tried to access your account. It then gives you options with ways to unsuspend the account. This is only a temporary suspension, but the one we (including MANY other people if you comb forums) are receiving are permanently suspended.

Upon looking at your mog station, a lot of people may see this:


See that red circle? I didn't make that character, I only saw it AFTER my account was suspended. That name seems pretty similiar to one an RMT would use.
There's also no option to un suspend the account, despite the fact that someone logging into your account from a 3rd party IP WILL give you an option to un suspend the account.
