Security token or not is not the issue it is a under 8 hr account suspension I go to sleep wake up and suspended I also just got off the phone with a few people I play with my account did not come back on after I logged out last night so no one was on my account and mog station shows no new avatars. If someone made a avatar to do R.M.T. and was suspended it would show up and it does not.

Like I said before, mine was in only 5 hours between logging off and logging back on yesterday. Looking into my browser history I've only visited my regular 5 sites in the past three days which tells me that if someone had acquired my account info via malicious website, it would have been 4+ days ago...Seems a little funny that it happened in the 5 hours after I logged off.

That just doesn't make sense. You're saying you're being forced into buying a security token, hence why I mentioned that if you use android or iOS you don't need to buy the physical token. Someone else also posted on here (to clarify: Technical Support!) that their account got hacked but no new characters had been made. They knew the account got hacked because their friends alerted them that the hacker had logged into their main account and was sitting in one of the starter areas RMT spamming. Just saying that because no new characters have been made does not mean that you're account has not been hacked. There's also a possiblity that it's just someone hacking to steal all your stuff as well...
