If you want to do coil then i suggest you get whatever ups your important stats the most, AF2 chest or whatever replaces your ilvl60 greens.

If you don't see yourself doing bahamuts Coil in the near future then just spend it on what you want.

When you get your relic, holding threat from dps with +1 relics is not an issue.
