Then the zone times which aren't as big of an issue for me, because I can be patient with load screens, but those seems fairly long too when compared to my friend's load time which he says is barely a few seconds while mine is usually the time it takes for a NPC to load (20 seconds, but usually not as high as 1 minute, usually 30 seconds average).

Is there any fixes to this or should I just attempt to get a refund? This game feels fun outside of this but this is just unacceptable.
I've never seen this problem. Is that the PC or PS3 version?
