I agree with the chocobo deal. The fact that I can't level my chocobo while waiting for a Duty is ridiculous.
Yep, also the fact that I can't turn minions off entirely sucks. I don't mean their names, I want them all gone from my screen. I don't care about your pointer, your baby eye, you demon brick, you baby behemoth, and all that other crap.

Actually, I'm left-handed...and I'm also of the age that when the mouse was invented, lefties held the mouse in our left hand, on the left side of the keyboard. I've never switched to conform to how righties hold the mouse. So, it's awkward for me to either take my left hand off the mouse to push a key combination, or use my right hand to do it. Pretty much every keybind I have to re-map.

#1 Valid concern I think.
#2 Why would you be in your inn room except to log out?
#3 This tells me you've put little to no effort yourself into addressing any of your concerns. If you already have to remap keys because you're left handed... why are you complaining about the default setting???
#4 Zoning doesn't feel excessive,at least to me and load times are very short... perhaps your computer needs some help?
#5 I like the isolation the retainers provide, and the large amounts of storage. The menu's could be faster yes but it's not like it takes more than a few seconds to get at what you need.
#6 Yes animation lock is annoying but perhaps that's working as intended? It might be something they've balanced into combat design. (Just a theory)
#7 Fate credit is an issue but I think that has more to do with the number of people participating and the lack of scaling than aoe vs non aoe.
#8 1 gil loot is ridiculous but Yoshi P has already said that gil from dungeons would be increased. (I found it in Reinhart's thread)
#9 This has more to do with the community, tanks are having to wait too... with the reserving instance issue we sit just as long as dps do.
#10 I don't see this happening as it would ruin lore, but more diversity than just fates and dungeons are definitely needed for those who want it.

Please don't conflate the sacrifices they made for PS3, with servers zones. Because they are completely different issues. They didn't sacrifice on server capacity because of PS3 limitations, that wouldn't make any sense. The reason for it is because of server load, and has nothing to do with PS3, and isolating PC users from PS3 users would be a very bad thing, without actually changing the zoning structure. The servers are designed to handle max capacity where everyone is distributed evenly throughout the zones, because each zone is its own server. The cities are especially fragmented because they have to handle more people at the same time. You have to expect as many people, if not more, in one of the two city zones, as in one of the larger world zones. The only solution for this would be to have insanely scaled server clusters to handle an entire world at the same time, and again, this has nothing to do with PS3 limitations, but with server limitations. uhm.. that came out too long and confusing probably....but anyway...
Also, I think the retainer is to solve the problem of having to stay online to sell stuff, and I prefer it that way. I do agree on the chocobo thing that is just annoying.
The reserving instance thing is because of server limitations as well, combined with excessive re-runs. Again, each instance server was designed to handle only so many people. But if everybody keeps running the same dungeon over and over again, then the server is going to lock you out. This is akin to being stuck in a queue at login. (Better than a new 1017.. dungeon is full I guess.)

Everyone seems to blame the PS3 for everything but they tend to forget this game was also made for low-end PC.
So you can have your own server for PCs... with the same exact thing.
At least with zoning, you're able to get unique and beautiful environments.
