Extra Charges on CC

I logged into my online banking earlier this morning and noticed that I have two extra charges from Square Enix for $1.44 AUD each on top of the monthly subscription. The charges occurred on the same day I subscribed, but incidentally haven't 'gone through' yet. Were there meant to be any addition fees outside of the subscription?

I will be chasing this up directly, but figured I'd post it here so at least other people could check and get it fixed if it also happened to them. If it is an isolated case, feel free to let the thread die

That would definitely complicate the matter. I have never encountered this subscribing from Australia, and I've subscribed to quite a few MMOs in the past. Unless something has changed recently, I suspect that isn't it. If this is the case, I'll have to source GameTime cards as the subscription already cost $16 (at Entry); with $3 more of fees it gets pretty ridiculous.

It's also not uncommon for debit cards, even if run as credit, to have a "reserve" fee of $1 or more when a charge is pending. They usually clear after a day or so though.

Cheers. I resubscribed on the 17th, giving it 4 days. As I mentioned, the subscription has been charged, but these two additional 'fees' are still pending, it could very well be this.

I have submitted an email ticket to try and figure it out, although I'm not too confident given everything I have heard/read about SE's customer support.
