I have no lags in servers
my aoes arent bugged, nor are they bugged for everyone. You have to leave the area of effect before the cast time is up- this is when the visual effect just begins to play. If you see the visual effect, it's well past too late.
There most definitely is a community manager and they've made posts almost every weekday on various subjects. What forum are you reading?
They can't fix every little thing the instant it happens... you are not abandoned, you just have to wait for the upcoming patch.

You don't seem to understand, they can't instantly patch every little issue that comes up. It is much less work and much more efficient if they complie all the fixes, changes and improvements into a larger patch.

EU player here on basic ADSL that goes through a copper phone line, no fibre optic in my road at all, only lag i get with AoEs is the phlegm spit attack first boss of wanderer's palace, and chimera's small AoE frost attack all others are fine.

As for that video it's been copy and pasted so many times as "evidence" yet it's pretty much the only one used every time, the more times the same piece of evidence is repeated the less valid that evidence becomes, as no one (including the player in the video) knows the quality of their connection at the time (not talking the server connection), how their ISP is forwarding their packets of information or even if the ISP they are with is dropping packets, if the routers between them and the servers were playing up that day, if the cabling between the key routers was being fixed/replaced at the time. I could go on even further about how one video over and over again never really proves a point.

For blacklisting:

/blacklist add <r>

The <r> will blacklist the last person who sent you a tell.

Regarding lag, I have to say also that it might be your ISP.

We have a DSL connection, and are on a JP server. No Lag. The only time we've seen 'lag' is when we're in a really over-populated area.

We recently added a second internet connection, this time cable.

It sucks. Lag everywhere. I know many of you won't believe me, but it's true. One person, using the cable line, one person using the DSL, streaming Netflix on the DSL line, and the one using cable to play has LAG. ^^

Gotta admit OP, you opening post was fairly amusing.

Anyways, regarding your quote here, people just don't care about the game's issues. Just how they are. Sometimes I wish I could do the same! I do have hope that some of them will be fixed though.

I don't get any DC
I no longer get 1017
I finally get in Que, and it take literally minutes to get in
They Banned 800+ Accounts and counting
Subscription start, I get a few whisper and few Gold Spam
Many Chat Filters in place, chat spam no longer make sense
Lots of Bugs and Exploited fixed, they emergency Maintain when it happens

I agree they should implemented the Right Click Option sooner and will be convenient, but it not game breaking. But apart from that I think they are atleast doing something and doing a great job at it. There is no ways to stop Gold Seller 100% if there is always buyer. There will always be Cheater and Exploiters, but they already warned they will Banned people for it and try to fixed it when it happens. Lots of improvement also coming in 2.1, so far I'm enjoying the games. You shouldn't be so negative all the time, saying they didn't do anything is not entirely correct.

The game is not perfect. But, the point we're trying to make is that NOTHING is perfect. Yes, you've brought up some issues, but there are counters to those issues. You're claiming to be abandoned, but I've personally seen very few companies provide as much information as we have been given and continue to be given.
