You can purchase 60 (also 90 & 120) days worth of playtime in one fell swoop, and by doing it that way you get the rewards right away. If you pay month by month, you'll have to wait until you've accumulated the 60 days worth of paid subscription.

Either way, once you hit your 60 days, you get 2 vouchers in the mail which you trade to an NPC in Mor Dhona for the swimsuit. Just be careful and make sure you choose the right sex.

I'm not entirely sure, but I think I saw someone in game say you can also redeem the two vouchers in "Costa del Sol". I haven't been able to verify yet though, since I'm only lvl 28 and I've not yet gone to Costa del Sol.

Because they're nocturnal, their eyes are dilated so as to absorb as much light in the darkness as possible in order to see. If you watch a cat irl, you'll notice that their pupils tend to be more slitted during the day and wide at night.

While I totally agree with that in reason; my point is that esthetically I think the counter would work better the other way around.
