Again this is not saying I want to exact use of the "Goblin footprint back" it's just a representation of the old-playback many players from XI and the majority of the users on this board will understand

Am I the only person who misses the abillity to watch old cutscenes? I think once the game is all sorted out I think we should be able to rewatch cutscenes that we have finished in the storyline from the leasure of our mog-house! *Because we want Mog houses as well!*

Hell use the "Echo" if you need a lore peice for it.

Like most things I'm not saying this is a priority but I'd love to watch some of the higher level missions cutscenes over again. "And hear my new companions comments as we only got the abillity to change them recently, and my stuffy Elzan female got on my nerves"

I like this! It could be awesome if the system would save every cutscene that we have done in a menu in the Main Menu called "Echo" like you said.

Would work like this:
For every character you have a menu of the cutscenes you've unlocked. Doing this will solve the problem of which of your character show in the cutscene.
Every cutscene has a city-state to indicate it. As for now, it could be required to show only one of the main city-states where you create your character, but maybe in the future will be implemented cutscenes for quests in other city-states, so I thought to leave it there.
Locked cutscenes will be displayed as -----------.
You have first to select one of the lists (LiLo, Ul'dah, Gridania,...) before selecting a video.

How you find this? Could be a good implementation, a scrap or can be bettered?

Maybe they could implement an unlock system, to unlock cutscenes and artwork as "Bonus" features, maybe once you reach certain levels, various different things unlock.

Wow, all this time and I totally forgot to bring this up from the list of suggestions I submitted prior to team swap.

Yes yes a millions times yes! When I first finished my level 15 mission I was so in awe at the cutscenes and/or cg cutscene that I immediately went to youtube to rewatch it 3 more times. 10 mins later I submitted my suggestion to team Tanaka for goblin footprints or traveling bards to rewatch cutscenes.
