actually I am thanking them for getting my account reinstated in a shorter period than expected, while at the same time giving feedback to them on how they can better their customer experience. And to be perfectly honest, I have never really had to deal with a company on honoring a warranty. For the most part when I have something break, 90% of the time its 2+ years outside their warranty. Yes square's service has been rocky thus far, but I do now have confidence in them bettering themselves as well as their methods on dealing with these situations. Am i 100% for them again yet? of course not, But I like to give credit where credit is due. All you see on these forums are people who can't live without playing this mmo for a few days and post back every 5 minutes that customer support doesn't pick up the phone while they hold. You have to give them time to deal with the situation at hand since this has happened to A LOT of players recently unfortunately.
